Installing sl-modem-daemon

Hello

I am trying to install sl-modem-daemon on Ubuntu (Hoary) Linux, this is what I did:
$ sudo apt-get install sl-modem-daemon
and I get the following Error:
...
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
sl-modem-daemon: Depends: sl-modem-modules-new but it is not installable
E: Broken packages

Can anyone please help me with a way out of this.

Thanks
