Installing RHEL4 as a guest OS on a VMware Server; Host is an XP machine. Need help!

I'm new to VMware and have a working knowledge of Linux.

I'm using RHEL4 iso images to load the guest OS. There are 3 disc images for RHEL4. If I give the first iso image for the CD/DVD drive in the guest VM, i keep getting an error that says that there is no bootable CD.

I'm using a NAT network and a 4.0GB persistent HD with 2 processors and 1024 MB memory.

Please help!

Does the disc boot from a cold start machine to see if it is actually working?
I assume you burned the ISO to the disc and not actually copy the ISO file itself.

The iso images were provided to me by our system administrator and I copied them over the network to our local server.

But how did you burn them to the disc. As a data disc coping the file to a data disc or burn the image to the disc. If you stick the disc in a machine and boot off it what happens.
