installing programs


I just downloaded mozilla's 1.6v and i went to install in under root, but it only installed for root. How do i get it to install for all users? Im using RedHat 9 Gnome GUI

Install it as a user will usually give all users access to it. What kind of package did you install, RPM or source, etc?
