Hi,
I´m running FC3 with Apache2 web server and Mysql database. While trying to install PHP v5 with:
./configure --with-apxs2=/usr/local/apache2/bin/apxs --with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql

configures without problem however when trying to run ¨make¨ getting:

bison -y /php-5.0.4/ext/sqlite/libsqlite/src/parse.y
/php-5.0.4/ext/sqlite/libsqlite/src/parse.y:19.1-13: invalid directive: `%token_prefix'
/php-5.0.4/ext/sqlite/libsqlite/src/parse.y:19.15-17: syntax error, unexpected "identifier"
make: *** [/php-5.0.4/ext/sqlite/libsqlite/src/parse.c] Error 1


anyideas where am i wrong?

If you don't need sqlite support (which if you are using MySQL, you probably don't) you can disable it and possibly avoid that error. See configure --help from the php 5 source, for exactly how to disable it.
