installing older 2.4 kernel FC4

hi

i found drivers for my videocard but they are only for kernel 2.4. My FC4 is running kernel 2.6, so I want to install a 2.4 kernel on my FC4. Where can I find this kernel and how do I install it?

thanks!

hi TranceDude,
you can download the kernel from www.kernel.org. you just download the kernel and copy it into /boot. rename it to vmlinuz-version number.
now add an entry to /etc/grub.conf .... after you enter the entry in /etc/grub.conf you will get the menu at boot time.
if problems persist feel free to contact....
vimal..........

Err, no. The kernel needs to be configured and compiled first.
