Installing new version Firefox

That ignorant newbie again! I have just downloaded the new version of Firefox. It sits there in "downloads". In Windows I would just click on it and it would install. Can't see what to do in Suse. Any help please?

What have you downloaded? What format? generally you don't need to downlaod anyhting, just upgrade via your software management tools, i.e. Yast on suse.
