installing frostwire for ubuntu 8.04 lts


I have just upgraded ubuntu 7.10 to 8.04 all my programs have been saved
except frostwire.
I have tried to re-install but so far it loads but won't open,I have tried installing java 5 and java 6 but still nothing.
help needed.

Try to launch the program using terminal; this way you'll see any output it might send to stdout or stderr, hopefully telling the reason why it eventually doesn't come up.
