With any supported Fedora:

Code:
su -
yum install filezilla
Fedora 15 and 16 are currently supported. Fedora 14 reached its "end of life" last year and is now obsolete: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Releases

Upgrading is explained here: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Upgrading

I recommend test-driving a "live CD" of the new release rather than upgrading blind.
