Installing CDrecorder v0.1

Hi, I would like to install CDrecorder v0.1, I downloaded fine: can someone give me a hand on how to install it? what they mean with "Refer to file INSTALL?"

Assuming that it downloaded fine,
untar it, cd into the directory that
gets created, and read the contents
of the file by the name of INSTALL

Thanks Tinkster. The problem was that the file that I dowloaded doesnt had the INSTALL file. Thanks agin

Weird ... I just grabbed the file from the
link you gave me an there is a INSTALL
there...
