Installing Azureus/Bittorrent

Hi everyone!
I was wondering how to install ".tar.gz" and ".tar.bz2" files in SuSE
I want to install Bittorrent/Azureus, when i go to open the files the open, and i don't know what to do. I already have Java installed. and i have downloaded the following:


when i go to open the .bin files suse opens the script
as for tht .tar... files suse opens a folder with all these files in it.

I am confused and don't know what to do, please help.

- extract the bz2 file, tar -xvfj Azureus..............tar.bz2
- cd to the Azureus directory
- type ./azureus
