Installed Openbox but I don't have "obconf"

Dear All,
I am running Slackware 10.2 and I have installed the openbox package.
From KDE I can do:
openbox --replace
and everything work as expected.
Unfortunately, I am not able to run "obconf"
Quote:
(openbox:25522): Openbox-WARNING **: failed to execute 'obconf': Failed to execute child process "obconf" (No such file or directory)
Why could this be?

Thanks,
Riddick

Off the top of my head...

Are you running it as root?
