Installation Stops


Installation stops with last message
ide1 at 0x170-0x177,0x376 on irq 15

System spec is:
Dell 8300, 512Mb 74Mb SATA drive, NVIDIA GeForce FX5200 video card, Samsung CDRW/DVD

Last few Install messages
PCI_IDE: unknown IDE controller on PCI bus 00 device f9, VID=8086, DID=24db
PCI_IDE: chipset revision 2
PCI_IDE: not 100% native mode: will probe irqs later

Then the install stops and does not proceed any further.

Please can anybody give some ideas at what I should do

Check the disk and the iso to make sure 1) the iso downloaded correctly 2) the iso was burned correctly

What do you have connected to ide1?

Is your SATA drive supported?
