Installation of RHEL guest on CentOS5 with Multple CDs

While installing RHEL AS3 on xen as guest, the Second CD is not mounted. What could be the problem and how can we proceed further in the installation of the guest. The host system being CentOS5.

I came to know that we can get into qemu console, to umount the CDROM device and eject the CD, by pressing ctrl thrice in the guest Virtual Console and using ctrl+alt+2 key. But I am not able to open the console doing so.

Thanks,
Jayadev Kranti.
