No, I have a feeling the installation disk referred to may be the windows installatin disk or diskette that came with the hardware you wish to install (not the windows OS installation disk). Instead of opening the windows installation wizard, however, I think it should be possible to find the .inf and .sys files referred to in the relevant web page. Remember, ndiswrapper will be making use of the windows driver. Again, I have not done this myself, so perhaps others will offer additional assistance. Another thing you can do is go to the manufacturers website and download the .sys and .inf files that are normally used in windows installation of this piece of hardware to a known directory/folder, then direct the procedure to those files instead of the installation disk.
If your piece of hardware did not come with an installation disk, that means that the driver is built into the windows OS itself, and in that case, you might be able to find the .sys and .inf files on the windows OS installation disk, or from a MS help site/forum.
