Install "SIM" (Simple Instant Messanger)


Can someone give me a step by step for installing SIM on Red Hat 9 .

This may be agood place to start.

Then go here.

Edit - actually, since the first link points you at an rpm, simply:
in aterminal, su to root
type in rpm -ivh name of package.rpm
type exit to leave root

and you are all done!

I installed SIM, But something happened and deleted all my ICQ numbers and on MSN when I type ANYTHING all it sends is ??? so.....? How do I uninstall SIM? PLEASE HELP

rpm -e packagename.rpm

or do it through your distros package manager.
