Welcome to LQ.

You will have to pay for support to get
any packages from Redhat.

Suggest : Install the free version instead :
"Redhat" CentOS 5.3 and have access to all
the packages. ( About 8,000.)

A simple Google search gives http://dag.wieers.com/rpm/packages/unrar/

First - check to see if unrar isn't already installed (could be misconfigured) - $ rpm -qa | grep -i unrar.i386.rpm

Then, download & install - $ rpm -ivh unrar-3.6.8-1.el5.rf.i386.rpm

I can't guarantee that this will work - I don't have a RHEL OS to hand...

You need GLIBC_2.7 - I had trouble finding this - unless you pay for updates for RHEL, then you could try this: http://rpm.pbone.net/index.php3/stat....i686.rpm.html
It says for Fedora - but I couldn't find a good alternative.
Download it & try: $ rpm -ivh glibc-2.7-2.i686.rpm

Otherwise - try $ yum install glibc-common & yum install glibc
If you already have glibc - try $ up2date glibc
