You read the installation notes that came with Oracle, and follow them. You can find them on Oracle's website too, or with a Google search:

Oracle is a Commercial, PAY FOR product...you get support with it. Not sure if Debian is a supported/certified configuration, so you should check with Oracle if you have problems/questions.
