Lightbulb Install MP3 player


I have this download rpm files for redhat,

freeamp-2.0.8-1.i386.rpm (1.3MB)


please teach me how to install it in redhat KDE/Gnome.

There are either gui package managers, or command line. Command line is universal:
rpm -ivh filename.rpm

Make sure you are in the directory that the RPM is located.

Your other option is to use your filemanager to locate the file, then double click it, usually there are gui package managers already associated with rpm files to pop up and install it for you.

Sometimes.

Check on your install CD's, usually this app amongst many you are looking for (abiword) are already there, just plop the disc in and use the files you already have.
