Question install mail server(sendmail) problem?

Hi! I hope install two mail servers(difference hosts name, ie. a.abc.com and b.abc.com) but using same domain name(ie. @abc.com). Is it possible to do it? I mean I hope both of e-mail servers can using @abc.com send and received e-mail over internet. What should I do on it? The user account don't need sync. on both server(can separate to do it)!!!

If you need it for just simple redundancy you can just list them in order of preference in your MX records in your DNS zone files for abc.com. Just give the most preferred mail handler the lower number.

If you are looking for load balancing... I'm sure there's a way... <shrug>
