input signal out of range - fpd1730 help!

hi everyone i have just installed fedora core on my linux server and when it boots up i get the "input signal out of range" .

i have a fpd1730 lcd monitor and am guessing i have to go in and

nano /etc/X11/xorg.conf

and my specs but dont know to what?
i have a intel p4 with linux and plesk.

i just cant seem to get rid of that problem....any ideas?
