Info on sbminst.exe

Hello anyone I followed the link suggested by elliore in this thread :
http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...light=dualboot
for dualbooting Win 2000 and Slack 9.1, the Doc says I should first dl the file under C: then boot into the recovery console and type:
sbminst -t us -d 128 -b mbr.old but the console says no such a command, and it's obviously not a command of the console so....
do any1 of u know how to execute a file from the recovery console so i can install this program?
Thx in advance
