Incremental Backup Utilities

I have set up a linux server running samba to act as a file server/backup server for a small network with linux and windows clients. I'm looking for some sort of incremental backup system solution. Under linux, rsync seems to be the key (rsync over ssh is what i've implemented), though a GUI interface would be nice. However, rsync under windows seems to require installing Cygwin, ssh under cygwin, and then rsync under cygwin. This is a bit of a stretch to place on all the systems, and then to get users to use this command line interface. So, I guess I'm looking for some kind of incremental backup system for these users that'll work via samba or has some sort of built-in support for rsync over ssh? I suppose I could even run rsyncd, but in the past I had trouble getting rsyncd to set proper ownership and permissions.

So, thoughts on incremental backup solutions for both Linux and Windows? (Sorry for the windows question, but it IS a linux server).

www.rsnapshot.org - I've used this.

on windows - do a google search for cwrsync for an easier method of using rsync on windows.

Wow, that's absolutely the fastest reply I've seen to any post, mine or otherwise. I'll check those out and see what I can find.
