incoming number not detecting in dial in server on fedora core3


i setup a dialin server on fedora core 3, its working fine, i want to add some more additional security on that ,i want to restrict incoming connections according to telephone number ,i configured that in /etc/mgetty+sendfax/dialin.config ,but its not working ,i can see that my linux box is not detecting incoming number caller=none is showing on /var/log/mgetty.log.ttys0,i checked up with modem manufacture (i am using DLink DFM-562E ) ,modem having caller identification fecility, i dont know whats is wrong with me, if anybody having good docs please help me
