ImportError: No module named cairo

Hi, I get this error when I try to open a number of programs, including CCSM and DeVeDe. Been going round in circles for ages now! If I type "no module named cairo" into google there is very little on it.

The full report reads like:

matt@linux-zfk0:~> devede
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/bin/devede", line 27, in <module>
import gtk
File "/usr/lib64/python2.5/site-packages/gtk-2.0/gtk/__init__.py", line 48, in <module>
from gtk import _gtk
ImportError: No module named cairo
matt@linux-zfk0:~>

I am using openSuse 10.3.

Any idea how I fix this?

Cheers.

PS: After typing cairo into Yast, the following are installed: Cairo, Cairo-32bit, Cairo-devel, gtkcairo and python-cairo.

Don't know about SUSE, but the Cairo web page is at http://cairographics.org/pycairo. Yast may be need to look for "pycairo"?
