Import Outlook's PST file to Thunderbird

Hi!! First of all, let me say that I have checked many forums and so on but havnen't found relevant info about this matter.
Anyway, the problem is simple. Can I import to Thunderbird the MS Outlook .PST file (mostly contacts and e.mails)?
I have tried to do the Tools - Import but only get the option of Communicator 4...
If its not possible with Thunderbird, is there any Linux e.mail client which allows the importation of PST files??

Thanks very much!

As far as I know it can only be done on a Windows box with Outlook and Thunderbird installed. Copy the TB-files to your Linux box after the import process.
