Load Firefox and Click the menu Bookmarks->Manage Bookmarks... Then when the Bookmarks Manager pops up click File->Export... and save the resulting Html file.
Load up the other system, and follow all the same steps apart from the fact that your now Importing and pick the file you saved.
If you have a FAT32 partition you can just copy the bookmark.htm file your linux brower is using to a common directory that both your Linux and Windows brower can use. Then each browser updates the same file, no Export/Import needed.
