Lightbulb Idea for software. "Stream grabber". Who should I tell?


I would like to give an idea I had for software (maybe a script). Where would be the best place for this on this site or elsewhere on the Internet?

The idea is some software that will grab and put into a list all the streams available on various Internet TV sites such as http://wwitv.com. I think such software could be very helpful for various open source software like XBMC Element HTPC and others. There are thousands of channels available on that site alone.

Actually this could work for many radio stations as well.
