Use your package manager.
When you have dependency problems most of the time it's due to software sources.
You'll most likely have to edit sources list.

But you need to post the actual problem you're experiencing.
What you're trying to accomplish.
What dostrobution.

The latest Ubuntu with libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3 was Ubuntu Dapper :

The package is libstdc++2.10-glibc2.2
http://packages.ubuntu.com/dapper/li...+2.10-glibc2.2

Only i386 was available :
http://se.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/....4-24_i386.deb
> > libstdc++2.10-glibc2.2_2.95.4-24_i386.deb
