google indeed does not find the first one.

For the last one, the Google search says that maybe you meant this:
Quote:
Did you mean: compat-libstdc++ 33-3.2.3-69
Same for #2......regardless, what is the context?---eg why do you need these?

If we cannot find the basic library name, we're not going to find the source code!!

Did you check Google's suggestion that you might have meant a filename with "C++"?

As for your new list--I found the first one with Google. Have you searched for each one?

srvadmin-argtable2-6.5.0-3.1.el6.x86_64.rpm
srvadmin-cm-6.5.0-2247.i386.rpm
srvadmin-deng-6.5.0-1.31.1.el6.x86_64.rpm
srvadmin-hapi-6.5.0-1.33.2.el6.x86_64.rpm
srvadmin-idracadm-6.5.0-1.228.2.el6.x86_64.rpm

did you search each one? (As I told you, google found the first one). Once you find the library name on google, just rummage thru to results to find a link to the source.

Or maybe search on sourceforge?

Yes I found first one but only *.rpm not *.src.rpm like:
http://mirror.symnds.com/software/li...vadmin-x86_64/

You said "Once you find the library name on google, just rummage thru to results to find a link to the source."

I am unable to find its source. kindly guide me to find its source

Take off the .rpm suffix when you search

This Google search has several hits with "src":

Start with the ".gz" part----run "gunzip <filename>" and see what you get.

[root@Zohaib Downloads]# gunzip primary.xml.gz

Then it makes file with name primary.xml when double click on this file it shows:

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

At this point you know more than I do......

I do not know how that xml file relates to the source code. You said that there are other files also.

From the context that you are working in, do you know for a fact that the source code is available?

What version/distro of Linux do you need these for?? Details always help. And have you tried your distros website, since (chances are), the source RPM's are already there.

You have not answered all of my questions (above---just before Tbone). Also, I just realized something: Why would source code necessarily come with an "rpm" suffix? how do we know we are not looking for files ending just in ".src".

finally, it looks like we are talking about some kind of utility called "srvadmin"---what is that and who maintains it?
