I Get It.......

I found that there is a ATA RAID instead of SCSI RAID.....so i need to know the difference performance for this 2 technology!

Is the ATA RAID performance is far big difference compare to SCSI RAID???

I don't know too much about it myself, but you may want to consult the Software RAID Howto

The performance is probably going to depend a lot on whether you go with hardware or software RAID. SCSI is certainly good, if you can do it. Also the RAID level and number of disks will make a difference.

I've set up raid 0 with software raid and one of those
hardware ide raid cards. I even tried it with 3 drives on
3 different controllers. You'd get more performance out
of just getting an 8 meg cache hard drive. I guess thats
pretty vague. i was horribly disappointed at the speed
increase (lack of).

Would you mind posting just security related stuff here? What the heck are the other forums there for?
