I cant get an MSN9 client to work on Debian Woody. HELP!

Pretty much as the subject says.

Since Microsoft put in the block for 3rd party software, I have been unable to find a single client that will work on Debian woody.

I have tried kopete, amsn, gaim, kinkatta, attym, everybuddy, centricq etc etc..

can anyone suggest a simple easy to use MSN client for Debian woody??

Cheers!

Gaim 0.71 and 0.72 both seem to work fine. You will probably have to build it from source, I don't believe there are any Gaim packages for Woody that are recent enough to work.

amsn newest version works as well as gaim since 0.71 the other ones dont know never used them but you have to compile gaim with ssl support, amsn should support the new msn 9 protocol out off the box at least it did for me as i tested it some days ago ... now im using gaim 0.72 with ssl compile and it works very nice
