I can play music only as root.
 

What should i do to play music with my user? I would like to give permission to play music only for my user. Thank you.

I haven't used Fedora recently, but in most distributions the sound devices are owned by root:audio (it belongs to the root user and audio group), so adding your own username to the audio group should do it. You need to log out and then log in again for the changes to take effect.
