I am running debian etch with fluxbox WM, no gnome or KDE(old system). I use evolution for my mail because I needed a email client that supports exchange and public calendars.
so when I get an email with a hyperlink it will not open my web browser and goto the page. It also happens in PDFs in xpdf, so its not just evolution, thats just the main reason. So how do i tell my system I have firefox is my web browser and to open hyperlinks with that app.
I have run through all the menus that I can think of, there are not many in fluxbox. I also checked firefox and there is nothing to the sort of default browser.

I will let someone else tell you that you are not supposed to do that....
Actually, I started looking in Google for this and got nowhere. This one may take some digging. There do appear to be Fluxbox fora out there---maybe post something there??
