hping2 for windows 10

does any one know can hping2 work on win10.

i download hping2.win32.tar.gz and copy hping.exe to c:\windwos\system32

and hping xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
then get error
[main] no such device

------------------
does cygwin has hping distribution ?

Hi...

Out of curiosity, did you you have any issues with the hping.exe not detecting wpcap.dll? If you did, I wonder if this program would take care of it?
