If you use Fedora, you should download the rpm version. It should be on the same page although you have to look carefully.
Once you have the rpm, install it from the terminal as root with:
rpm -ivh file_name.rpm
The bin version can be installed too but has a number of drawbacks (e.g. it is more difficult to uninstall than the rpm version). The procedure is:
chmod +x file_name.bin
and then as root:
./file_name.bin
