How to view the partitions of USB drives in Grub prompt?

Hi brainees,

I have big confusion about how to use GRUB prompt.
I tried to prepare the boot floppy in linux using redhat 9.0.

I have created only boot floppy, now i am trying to mount the Internal and External drives, I can see floppy drive and Internal drive but i couldn't trace out the External usb and Fireware drives.

I have tried all other possiblities . I want to view the partitions of external usb drives or fireware drives.

Is there any other drivers to load the external usb drives or Fireware drives in grub prompt?

Please give me the full details and grub commands to view the partitions of USB drives.
