i am new connetion now recive to bsnl

huawei T1 ets2288 how to install setup and modem please help any one thanks

Check out that Link above (and use Google too; that's how I found that thread). It appears based on that thread, that support for that device IS included within the kernel (at least in 2.6 kernels) though is is not necessarily built by default. If the module specified in that thread does not exist on your system (either static or module-- check your kernel CONFIG as indicated in that thread), you will likely need to rebuild the kernel and add the support, OR upgrade to a new kernel.
You have not told us what Linux you are using, which would help folks give you better specifics about exactly what to do once you start proceeding along this route.
