How to update packages within Fedora Distribution before installation

Hi all!

I have to do a lot of Fedora installations on different clients. I prepared a Kickstart script, which works without problems.

At the moment I install Fedora Core 1 automated from an internal ftp server with Kickstart, make configurations by script, get all updated and additional packages from the ftp server and install the packages.
This works, but takes quite some time, because I first install the original packages from the distribution and then install the updated packages in a second process.

Is it possible to update the packages within the distribution on my ftp server, so that I am able to get the newest packages already by initial installation?

Just need Links to howtos or anything (if that is possible)!

All Linux distros can (as you know) be installed over the network, rather than from cd. The above link talks about customising the packages to install.

Hope it helps.
