How to tell wine where to find "Documents and Settings" folder?

Hi. I am using Kubuntu Feisty (7.10). I just set up WINE and when I try to use the windows program, it exectutes but then it quits, telling me it (my windows app) cannot find its settings.ini file, which it expects to find in the Documents and Settings/All Users/Application Data/[Program] folder.

I made a symbolic link from the Documents and Settings folder on the NTFS partition to the ~/.wine/drive_c/Documents and Settings folder.

This did not fix the problem.

I am guessing that the path variable in Wine is not correct, that its pointing to the wrong place and just linking it to the drive_c folder is not enough.

How do I figure out where Wine is currently sending programs for Documents and Settings, and how do I change it to reflect where it really is?

Thanks!

Did you try changing it in winecfg? I'm pretty sure there's an option in the config for it.
