Arrow How to switch gdm to xfce

Hi,
I am using ubuntu edgy. I have installed both GNOME and XFCE Desktop Environments. Now, i don't want to load the gdm. How can I replace gdm with XFCE on init level 5?

Regards

GDM is a display manager. XFCE is a windows manager. GDM is what you use to launch either xfce4 or gnome. If you wanted to you could start in init level 3 and lauch xorg & xfce4 manually. Or you could install a different display manager such as XDM instead. But XFCE isn't a display manager.
