how to set yes or no options in sending mails

the task we have to do is, in sending mails to our clients we will be asking about our performance by asking whether it is satisfactory or not. but most probebly no one will reply.
so to get the information about that whether it is satisfactory or not we should get a reply by "yesy" or "no", so that options should be available at the end of the mail such that they will click "yes" or "no", that should come to the sender mail what should we do.
we are using client Microsoft Outlook and mail server Squid.

thank in advance

the easyest way to this is by adding some code in the end of the file wich will redirect to the procedure on a host meaning :
1.create a script that will run on a host wich will deal with yes no operations. the end of the email add a form with action="post" and addrs to the host.
