How to set up a 'The Cloak' type web interface proxy.

I assume everybody is familiar with services like www.the-cloak.com

Basically an anonymous proxy, accessed directly through a web page, rather than by directly telling your browser (or other app) to use a proxy.

I've got a server with a high speed connection, and wanted to set up a similar system for myself for when I'm out and about.

Obviously setting up a proxy is easy enough, but is there software available to provide the page forwarding features of something like The Cloak, such that I can simply navigate to http://my-server.something/proxy and start browsing via that page?

Cheers

Ah, I'd almost given up looking, but found CGIproxy:

Job done!
