How to run dynamic mobile ip ?

I had downloaded a program called dynamic mobile ip 0.8.1 into fedora core 4,2.6.11.1.1369_FC4

This is the website:
http://dynamics.sourceforge.net/

The installation was successful and the problem i face now is I don't know how to run the program of the 3 daemon (Foreign Agent, Mobile Node and Home Agent).

Please guide me if you know how to run on it.
Your helps are much appreciated.

Thanks.
