how to resize my /root partition
I have gentoo linux installed and working now. But i am dual booting, and only set aside 3 gb for gentoo. *mistake* i have freed up another 6 gb on my windows partition (C:) and i wan't to move it from there, to my /root partition, but partition magix wont allow me to do this. does anyone know how i can go about making my /root partition bigger. i apperitate it. thanks

Yes, or you could download a live cd like Mepis, Knoppix, Morphix and boot it up and use gnuparted.
