How to remove undependencies on slack

Hi,

When installing programs, and finding out they are not to your likeing.
You simply uninstall them. But how to uninstall the dependencies.
Got to do this manual? Or is there an app that can fix this automaticly.

Cheers,
Solar

Have a look at sbopkg for managing the install and removal of slackware packages. Dependencies installed using sbopkg can be removed, as can the final app.

See this link. -->http://www.sbopkg.org/

Thanks for your reply.
One thing though since Sbopkg will not update dependencies.
Is there any app that will keep track of updates on apps & dependencies?
So combined we got a full updating & complete removing option?

Once again cheers,
solar

What you want is automatic dependency resolution, which is not available on Slackware. You will have to use third party applications (like slapt-get) with third party repositories providing dependency information for something like that. If you don't want that (like most Slackers do) it is up to you to keep track of dependencies.
