How to remove pheader completely in gVim?
 

Does anybody know how to remove the pheader from gVim completely? I don't want some of my files to come out of the printer with the path to the file, or the page count.

The best I can do is

:set pheader=''

but this still leaves a pair of apostrophes in the top left corner of the printout.
