How to remove auto loaded folder?

I have somehow did something upon logging out from a Fedora Core 5 desktop, probably save session or etc. Now, everytime when linux start, a folder, named it 'folderA' is loaded to the desktop automatically. 'folderA' was opened during the logging out. So I guess some configuration has been stored, may I know where to removed this configuration, so that folderA no longer automatically loaded?

You have probably "saved a session" with folderA open. So that is why it is reappearing when you next login.
Solution: Login, close folderA.
Click "Save session".
Logout, login. folderA should not be there.
