how to recover files if accidentally deleted files in mysql
 

hello,
how can i recover or restore files in mysql if i deleted several files in <table-name>ibd
1) if process mysql is still running
2) if process mysql is no more present in running processes and thanks for any replies.

Restore from backup?

i read that there are ways to restore from ibd files..

8.3 Restoring a Single .ibd File but I've never done it. I've always relied upon regular backups.
