how to port RTEMS on ARM and powerpc boards and also how to run RTEMS samples

Hi,
i am new to RTEMS,i am planning to port RTEMS on ARM(pxa303) or powerpc(MPC8548) boards.i dont know how to run RTEMS samples on these boards.if any one knows about RTEMS can you help me
