How to optimize my.cnf for Innodb?

Today I moved from MySAM to Innodb and it’s realy fast for big DB
What can I change or remove from my.cnf to optimize MySQL?

but how can you be sure it works? if some one know for sure what improve Innpdb performance, please help.

innodb_buffer_pool_size - is the most important!

innodb_buffer_pool_size=10000M
innodb_additional_mem_pool_size=64M
innodb_log_buffer_size=4M
innodb_thread_concurrency=8
innodb_flush_log_at_trx_commit=2
